TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – STAY Cycling
These terms and conditions of sale (the "T&Cs") apply to all orders placed on the STAY Cycling online shop, which specialises in cycling-themed clothing and accessories.
2. Products
The products offered are clothing and accessories such as phone cases, mugs and caps.
Each item comes with a description setting out its essential characteristics.
Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding, but are faithful to the final product within the limits of screen display.
3. Prices
Prices shown on the website are in € (euros), including all taxes, excluding delivery costs.
Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
The shop reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while undertaking to apply the price in force at the time of the order.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed when the customer validates their basket and proceeds to payment.
The customer then receives a confirmation email summarising the product, its price and the delivery address.
The shop reserves the right to cancel any order if there is doubt about the validity of the information provided or in the event of a dispute relating to a previous order.
5. Payment
Payment can be made by bank card, PayPal, Stripe, etc..
Payment is secure and no banking information is stored by the shop.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided when ordering.
Average dispatch time: 5 working days after payment is confirmed.
The shop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, busy periods or an address problem arising from information provided by the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.
To do so, they must contact the shop at: contact@staycycling.com
Items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the shop made an error.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
8. Defective products or order errors
If a product is damaged or non-compliant, or if there is an error in the order, the customer must contact the shop within 48 hours , with supporting photos.
An exchange or refund will be offered free of charge.
9. Intellectual property
All posters, illustrations, logos, text and images on the STAY Cycling shop are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without permission is prohibited.
10. Personal data
Data collected when orders are placed is used solely to process them and for customer follow-up.
In accordance with the GDPR, customers may request access to, correction or deletion of their data by writing to: contact@staycycling.com
Data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties, except for the technical service providers needed to run the service (payment, delivery).
11. Disputes and governing law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
If no agreement is reached, the competent court will be that of the defendant's place of residence or of the place of delivery of the product.
12. Acceptance of the T&Cs
By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and unreservedly accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
